Keep someone in your prayers
Remember a person, not just a problem.

Think of one person you want to pray for. If they have shared something with you, begin there. You do not need all the details to ask God to be near them.
Pray for what they need: comfort, wisdom, rest, practical help, or courage. Leave room for what you do not know. Avoid making promises about an outcome you cannot guarantee.
Write a brief reminder in your notebook if it helps you remember. Be thoughtful about personal details, especially on a shared device. You can use a first name or initials.
Ask whether there is something practical you can do as well. A meal, a lift, a message, or simply listening may be welcome. Check what the person actually wants rather than assuming.
When you hear how things are going, return to the prayer. You can give thanks, keep asking, or sit with the uncertainty. Faithfulness sometimes means remembering for a long time.
